They are growing at a very rapid pace and seeking an Accounting Manager to join their Accounting team! If you are a dynamic accounting professional seeking a fast-paced, forward thinking organization, this position will be of interest to you!The Accounting Manager is responsible for management of the company’s revenue calculations and account receivable reserves. A key component of this position will be to interface with staff, as well as senior management in the organization. Specific responsibilities of the position include:1. Is responsible for preparation and review of monthly revenue assurance and accounts receivable packet, to include branch level revenue analysis; accounts receivable analysis aging and cash collection analysis..2. Manages day-to-day operation and supervision of the accounting staff.3. Reports the monthly revenue analysis in the financial statement meeting to senior management.4. Work with MIS on existing projects and future projects and other duties as assigned.5. Plan and implement employee training for revenue recognition changes.6. Monitor Center Medicare Services announcements for reimbursement changes.
1. A bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA or MBA preferred;2. Five plus years professional experience in public accounting. Experience working in a publicly traded company a huge plus!3. Excellent interpersonal skills including excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Demonstrated knowledge of customer service skills when responding to questions and other inquiries from internal and external customers.5. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.6.
