• Communicate with traders and schedulers to verify transportation contract

rates/ discounts.

• Responsible for inputting and maintaining transportation, storage, and park and

loan deals in ETRM system.

• Validate pipeline invoices against charges captured in ETRM system.

• Work pipelines/traders to resolve any discrepancies on invoices.

• Perform entry level P&L validation (Daily/Monthly)

• Work with Risk Department to determine if financial deals are correctly

designated to physical deals/positions.

• Validate daily physical position vs financial position

• Establish scheduling report for storage

• Work toward backup scheduler position



• Must have college degree

• Strong spreadsheet skills

• Must have analytical problem solving skills
