Job Summary: · Responsible for conducting and documenting multiple complex IT audit assignments in the areas of operating systems and software, IT general controls including security, SAP, and technical infrastructure (hardware, communications, firewalls, etc.). · Develops and/or approves IT audit programs developed by the in-charge senior auditor. Reviews and evaluates the system of internal, enterprise risk management and corporate governance processes associated with each project being managed. · Documents and coordinates documentation of workflow processes and internal controls through preparation of audit workpapers. · Coordinates and conducts testwork which support conclusions reached. Evaluates and coordinates the evaluation assessment and evaluation of IT activities and systems being audited. · Reviews workpapers of individuals assigned to audit. · Responsible for preparation of audit findings, recommendations and preparation of audit report drafts. Conducts opening and closing conferences with auditee. · Follows-up on the status of open recommendations. Participates in the development of budgets, audit plans and schedules. · Provides advice and direction to corporate and senior auditors maintaining a positive leadership climate conducive to good morale and the pursuit of excellence. · Evaluates senior and corporate auditor performance identifying training and development needs. Interacts with audit and auditee managers during the course of the audit. · Assists the audit manager in the design or selection of facilities, systems, equipment, tools and techniques that promote audit effectiveness and efficiency. · Participates in auditor recruiting and selection. Provides administrative assistance to the audit manager and the general auditor as required. Minimum Qualifications: College Degree (Bachelors Level) SAP Knowledge Required Ability to read Spanish preferred Excellent oral communication and presentation skills; possesses very confident demeanor for dealing with audit management and auditee CIA/CISA Preferred The minimum number of years of job related experience required by this job is 7.
