Job Responsibilities:
Provide software installation and technical support to 200+ internal & remote business users.
Installation and support of desktop software and applications, including Windows-based operating systems, MS Office productivity suite, and other third-party applications.
Perform hardware troubleshooting and problem resolution, including coordinating repairs with vendors.
Manage Help Desk ticket queue: input, update and close tickets as work is completed.
Create technical and training documentation for business users.
Maintain/update computer hardware/software inventory.
Other technical projects as required/assigned.
Job Requirements:
· 0-2+ years support experiences
· Strong Communication / Customer Service skills
· Familiar with MS Windows XP/Vista/Server 2003, MS Office '03 & '07
· Ability to work in a team or individually while still ensuring tasks are done effectively and consistently
· Desktop and laptop computer builds and parts replacements
· Ability to lift 50+lbs
Education Requirements:
High school diploma/GED required (College degree is preferred)

Responsible for calling delinquent accounts while maintaining the history within the ARCS System.
The Collections clerk is also responsible for providing both the attorney and client with any copies of posted bills.

Qualifications:

ACCOUNTING MANAGER – CORPORATE ACCOUNTING

JOB SUMMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

q Supervise the monthly close process for the Corporate Departments to ensure proper accounting and that closing deadlines are met
q Work closely with Senior Executives within Corporate Center Departments to assist them in analyzing their monthly/quarterly results and assist them in providing appropriate quarterly forecast. Also provide direct assistance to Dept Heads in the development of the annual budgets.
q Provide quality summaries of performance against budget/prior year. Highlight areas of concern, etc. for Corporate Controller/CFO
q Review certain monthly bank reconciliations, other balance sheet account analyses and adjustments.
q Analyze B/S and Income Statement accounts against prior year and budget.
q Review and approve certain journal entries for posting.
q Prepare certain assigned journal entries for posting, e.g. AP accruals.
q Review certain assigned department P&Ls prior to finalizing the Corporate P&L.
q Manage distribution of Department P&Ls to department heads.
q Provide accounting assistance to department heads
q Review quarterly Corporate analytical reviews prepared by Staff Accountant.
q Manage the staff in ensuring that invoices are properly coded to the correct accounts/depts.
q Responsible for intercompany reconciliations between Corporate and Divisions
q Primarily responsible for lease accounting procedures, including the capital vs operating analysis and checklist.
q Work on certain technical areas as assigned (Treasury issues, pension accounting, etc.)
q Assist the Director- Corporate G/Lin directing other accounting functions. These functions may include: financial analysis, formulation, implementation and maintenance of Company accounting practices, procedures and policies
q Report directly to Director– Corporate G/L
q Supervise staff.
q Other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

q Degree in Accounting required
q Minimum of seven years of accounting/audit experience. Big 4 background a plus
