Collection Admin
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform various administrative functions
Coordinate monthly collection incentives
Generate reports and complete miscellaneous projects
Track paid time off (PTO) for all collectors
Schedule and arrange meetings/conferences, events, and travels
Responsible for ordering supplies
Update Collection Calendars
Answer incoming calls and forward to Collectors
Job Skills and Requirements:
High School Diploma with 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Ability to multi task and work independently
Internet and Microsoft Outlook experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office products with strong emphasis on Excel.
Quick learner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to details
Excellent organizational skills
Non-exempt; temp to perm position
