Description
www.myrecruiting.biz is recruiting for a Property Administrator. Assistant Property Manager for two high-rise Class "A" office building located in the West Houston Energy Corridor. Assignment also includes a Class "B" low-rise property and the management of a 57 acre business park owner's association. Position is primarily involved with the day-to-day accounting functions of the properties including: A/P entry, A/R generation and processing, monthly reporting including variance analysis, tenant collections, budget preparation, year-end operating expense reconciliations and other duties as needed.

Travel Required:
10% of the time (approximate)
Job Requirements
Experience
Proficiency in MRI and QuickBooks
Commercial office real estate experience
Skills
High level of customer service skills and attitude. Written and oral communication skills required.
Proficiency in commercial real estate accounting practices.
Computer Skills
Microsoft applications.Excel
MRI, Yardi and QuickBooks
Education Required:
B.A. degree or equivalent, 3 to 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
