Our client, an industrial based Real Estate firm is looking for an Executive Assistant (temp to hire) to support the managing partner.

Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will support all the daily functions for this detailed busy Executive by organizing the calendar, writing and producing correspondence and marketing flyers for properties, rental leases, creating/managing email campaigns filing, booking travel arrangements, fielding issues when the managing partner is away from the office (which is often) pay bills, strong phone skills etc. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced firm with diversified administrative duties.
Job Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Real Estate knowledge a plus
• Legal Assistant experience preferred
• Highly proficient computer skills
o QuickBooks, MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
