Description: Louisiana is seeking a manager of its Enterprise Systems and Information Management team. This is a hands-on role to lead to a small team that is responsible for company's ERP system (Oracle E-Business Suite R12). The manager must possess of mix of functional and technical skills. They will work with business groups to define requirements, suggest technical solutions, and to execute on these solutions so that the business objective is accomplished. They will be involved in the actual configuration and implementation of solutions, as well as the day-to-day operations of the system, so strong technical skills are required. The functions will span Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Order Management, Inventory and others.

In addition, the manager will be responsible for the consolidation of data warehouses and the roll-out of a new Business Intelligence platform (likely Oracle OBIEE). The manager will play a key role in creating a robust data infrastructure design, and then implementing a new reporting platform that will put dashboards, KPI's, and consolidated reports into the hands of business users. The manager will be expected to work with business departments as they define the information required and the metrics to evaluate performance in a particular subject area. They will also lead the creation of reports and dashboards initially, but are encouraged to build a robust design so that these can be extended and modified, in the system, by the business users of the data.

Essential Duties:

- Establishes and enforces the near and long-term vision for financial applications.
- Defines an enterprise blueprint and time-phased roadmap for enabling the business to accomplish aggressive business process improvements and centralization.
- Manages a heavy concentration of application design and development in a dynamic Oracle environment.
- Application owner of Oracle EBS (GL, AP, PO, AR, FA, OM and INV), Hyperion Budgeting Software, or other tertiary applications.
- Application owner of data warehouses and reporting based on Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (or similar solution).
- Directs and enforces the Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance process for business software systems.
- Responsible for operations and production issues.
- Maintains quality service levels, including tracking to Service Level Agreement, performance tuning, application installation, and upgrades.
- Manages the Enterprise Business Systems and Information Team on a day to day basis.

Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
- 7+ years in IT Financial Applications or ERP systems.
- 3+ years with Oracle Applications and related technology.
- Experience with Oracle implementations preferably Oracle 11i or R12.
- Experience with Oracle EBS (AP, PO, AR, GL, OM, and INV), Oracle XML Publisher, and Hyperion or other budgeting solutions.
- Experience in Business Intelligence solutions (OBIEE, Business Objects or similar).
