Our client company has aggressive growth plans for this startup company and are seeking only the most talented and driven accounting professional to join their team



Specific Job Duties

1. Primary responsibility for processing all Accounts Payable invoices/expense reports related to all purchases in the company and ensuring that all invoices are properly coded.

2. Research and resolve questions from vendors regarding invoice status and payment.

3. Assist in the organization, matching , coding and filing of AP invoices with copies of related payments.

4. Assist other members of the department with requests for invoices or other supporting documentation needed.

5. Ensures that all invoices are entered daily without duplicate payments.

6. Reconcile the AP subledger to the general ledger monthly and prepare lead schedules as applicable.

7. Post cash daily.

8. Complete weekly check run.



Job requirements

-Be responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented, careful, with can-do attitude

-Can work under pressure, be skillful to handle customer challenge / complaints

- Strong excel skills

- SAP experience is a MUST.

-2 years experience in AP or related field.
