Description of Job Duties:
• 401K Management
• Audit, process distributions/loans
• Analyze spreadsheets
• 5500’s
• Junior Plan Administrator
• Open Enrollment
• Billing/Reconciliations
• Strong Customer Service and Problem solving skills/abilities
• Orientations
• Assist with higher level issues

Qualifications Required:
• 3 years + of HR benefits
• Strong attention to detail/analytical
• Self directed and solution oriented
• Service oriented
• Data Entry
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, Human Resources)

Software Knowledge:
• MSOffice Suite
• Proficient in Excel (V Look-ups)
• Reporting

While office space is being built out in the Galleria area:
• Position will transfer for approximately 9 months to LaPorte, TX
• 2 positions available
