Our client company has a long term growth plans for this CPA Firm and is seeking only the most talented and driven professional to join their team.

TAX focus no crossover to Audit

Pay 80 - 120k + OT (very little) and performance bonus, work 1/2 day on Fridays except for the 2 busy seasons, ~50hour week

Requirements:
- CPA
- 8+ years public accounting experience
- Experience with small to medium sized clients
- Good communication skills
- Supervisory experience
- High-level of technical knowledge
- Proficient at reviewing the following types of tax returns:
· Individual
· Trust
· Partnership
· S Corporation
· Corporation
- Must be prepared/able to:
· Provide technical training and guidance to staff
· Work directly with clients
· Perform minimal administrative functions related to tax return
· Be the go-to person on tax issues
· Field questions from staff
- Previous CCH product (ProSystem Tax, Engagement, etc) use a plus
- Previous QB use preferred
- Oil & Gas Experience a plus
