Our client company has a long term growth plans for this financial services and is seeking only the most talented and driven professional to join their team.

Degree in Accounting or Finance with 1-3 years work experience in Trust Accounting.
Prefer knowledge of Trust Accounting software (any kind but we use Infovisa Maui and can train)
Must have general accounting experience
Must be an independent worker with good communication skills (oral & written)
Position reports to upper management and CFO
• Use single entry cash basis trust software (Infovisa Maui) to input all trust related transactions, including, cash in, cash out, dividends, interest, security trades and corporate actions.
• Process all cash payment types with proper approvals and support documentation.
• Maintain fund availability for processing timely payments through trade requests if needed.
• Maintain a division of Principle/Income Beneficiaries related to income, expenses and taxes.
• Prepare and distribute monthly holdings and activity statements.
• Reconcile Monthly and Quarterly statements with custodian.
• Maintain asset records related to share, cost and market value.
• Prepare excel spreadsheets related to assets, income, tax and reconciliations.
• Prepare client and custodial correspondence letters and emails.
• Process client correspondence and manage account profile information.
• Understand trust agreements and financial statements.
• Prepare tax related forms and support documents.
• Prepare Board meeting reports and manager review reports.
• Generate OFAC/Fincen reports.
• Maintain procedures and operations manual.
• Maintain task list and due dates.
• Maintain copying, filing and scanning records.
• Assist with audits generating reports and showing evidence of procedures through support documentation
