Our client company has a long term growth plans for this Healthcare firm and is seeking only the most talented and driven professional to join their team.

Description:
Provides day-to-day management of the internal audit function and performance of audits, including assisting in developing the annual audit plan, audit engagement planning/coordination, managing multiple on-going projects, scheduling resources for individual audits including coordination with cosource providers, building client relationships, resolving issues, reporting audit results to management, and coaching and developing audit seniors and staff.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor?s degree in business-related discipline such as business administration, finance, accounting, economics, information systems, or internal audit preferred or Master?s degree in Business Administration or other business-related discipline; specialization and/or coursework in internal auditing required.
· Current Certification as one of the following: CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CPA, CISA and/or CFE a plus but not required.
· Strong knowledge of US GAAP, COSO, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 is preferred. IFRS a plus but not required.
· Minimum of six years experience in Internal Audit, Public Accounting, and/or Medical-related field, including a minimum of two years of management /supervisory experience.
· Ability to communicate effectively with company executives, board members, team leader/department supervisors and co-workers.
· Strong computer skills.
· Previous work experience in healthcare setting a plus, but not required.
· Knowledge of information technology techniques and tools for conducting audits.
· Knowledge of the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (Attribute, Performance, and Implementation); familiarity with the Institute of Internal Auditors? Code of Ethics and Practice Advisories for Assurance and Consulting Services.
· Ability to work well with individuals at all levels of the organization.
