Our client company has a long term growth plans for this international O&G company and is seeking only the most talented and driven professional to join their team. Position Description * Prepare and timely file state and local sales/use tax returns, business licenses and miscellaneous tax returns * Manage the SAP and Vertex functions as related to sales tax. Ensure tax configuration in SAP is correctly set up to calculate the correct tax base * Determine the exempt or taxable status of customers to ensure they are correctly invoiced for sales tax and ensure all taxes are collected as required by law * Interact with customers and suppliers to address sales tax disputes and respond to inquiries Pay rate $27-$35/hour Posistion Requirements Proficient SAP, Vertex, MS Office. The minimum number of years of job related experience required by this job is 5 years.
