Newly created position for a medical/health care practice with multiple clinics.
Company is bringing all legal work in-house due to growth and expansion. The ideal attorney will posses a minimum of 7 + years of experience reviewing, creating and advising on all types of medical documents, managed care contracts, and contract negotiations with doctors and insurance companies. Combination of health care regulatory and corporate experience required.
This is a progressive growth oriented company looking for an entrepreneurial minded lawyer to join the leadership team.
Compensation package: salary will be reflected with experience, full benefits package, bonus and stock options.
