CBD Paralegal Needed! Below is a description of the job duties. Salary 40 to 45K with paid overtime.
Business Paralegal - preparing closing statement and/or conducting closings, review surveys, draft legal documents, construct and/or explain title insurance commitments and policies and various endorsements that accompany same, communicate and coordinate with parties connected to a closing in order to fulfill title insurance requirements, etc. This could be someone with Business paralegal experience or someone with a background connected to real estate closings like a loan officer for a mortgage company or bank/escrow officer.
