Operational Risk Manager

McIntyre Youngblood Recruiting, LLC is searching for an experienced oil & gas Operational Risk Manager for an oil & gas marketing firm in the galleria area. The position requires a strong background in natural gas market risk management. This opportunity is the perfect step for an experienced Senior Market Risk professional that wants to take their career to the next level, become a well rounded risk professional and learn new risk management skills!

The Operational Risk Manager will be responsible for contract management, counterparties, confirmations, process management and model controls. The Operational Risk Manager will manage small team of experienced analysts and will report directly to the Director of Risk Management for the company.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
5+ years experience in oil & gas, 3+ years of that experience in market risk
Understanding of mark to market, VaR and stress testing
Supervisory experience
