Detailed Bounty Description
Join a fast-moving, agile team in one of the industry's hottest sectors in perfecting the technology that is revolutionizing the Daily Deal space. Our application is built on Ruby on Rails (2.3.x) and uses MySQL and Memcached as data stores. On the front-end, we use jQuery, CoffeeScript, HAML and SASS. We are looking for a sharp, experienced individual to make an immediate impact on our team. That individual will work directly with the CTO on implementation strategy for new features and refinement to the existing code and architecture. He or she will be responsible for managing the velocity of a team of 2 other engineers.

The ideal candidate for this position has a great work ethic and self-management skills. He or she will be a key member of our development team as we seek to further build out our product and expand both domestically and internationally.

5+ to 7 years of experience
Management Experience Required - No
Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree

Skills and Certifications (bold if required)
Ruby on Rails architecture and development
Experience in a fast-paced, Agile environment
Apache, SVN, Memcached, SQL
Strong command of web standards and best practices
Standard Rails stack tools
5-7 years of experience designing production-level
Object-Oriented JavaScript, preferably with jQuery
