SAP-HR Business Analyst Configurer
Salary: 90 – 95k
Location: Downtown Houston, TX 77002

Summary:
The SAP-HR/Payroll (HCM) Configuration Group is responsible for providing SAP support for all core human resource processes, such as employee administration, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and legal reporting /compliance. This position is responsible for providing SAP production support, enhancement and projects as a SAP-HR/Payroll configuration analyst and also working closely with team members of other SAP configuration groups such as SAP-FI, SAP-MM, SAP-CCS, and SAP Work Management Groups.

Education:
Four year degree from an accredited college or university with a major in human resources management, Management Information Systems, or Business.

Experience:
Industry knowledge. Functional understanding of SAP-HR/Payroll. OR
5 years of experience with SAP Workflow/ABAP Programming.
