Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES AND SPECIFIC DUTIES for the Accountant-Real Estate
• Hands on General Ledger, month end close and reconcilations for a multi faceted real estate concern
• Report to controller and supervise one bookkeeper
• Perform other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong hands on General Ledger accounting responsibilities
• Knowledge of Timberline
• Proficiency in use of computers and computer accounting software programs
• Good oral and written communication skills; good presentation skills required
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
• Timberline Software
