will enjoy being in a remote area of Louisiana,
will not be a corporate ladder climber,
be ok with staying there for more than 2 or so years (someone who might want to retire there)
Understand the plant floor workers and be able to talk numbers with the GM/VP of Finance
Strong Cost / Inventory accounting
Prefer a CPA
Range 104 - 128k + 12%
