SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (5-10 years experience) for a Dallas based company to work hand-in-hand with both IT department and Operations staff. Must have experience creating written project documentation and communication as well as participating in project meetings to help define projects and offer recommendations. Candidate must be able to react appropriately and effectively to issues that arise within each department. Must have strong knowledge of project management with the ability to multi-task in a high pressure, fast-paced environment; creative, out-of-the-box thinker required.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years in the Life & Annuity Insurance industry or 15+ years of experience without a degree
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Access and experience with mainframe processing
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Very organized
• Self starter who works well independently or within a team
