General Job Description:
Performs routine accounting activities such as maintenance of the general ledger, preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports and accounts payable or receivable functions. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Reports to Sr Accounting Supervisor.

Specific Job Requirements:
1. Prepares all bank reconciliations for multiple companies
2. Prepares the outstanding check report daily.
3. Assists with daily cash posting
4. Works with IT to get functionality out of Solomon – Cash manager program
5. Assists with schedules and selections for the annual audit


Additional requirements:
-Bachelor Degree preferred, High School Diploma Required
-0-2 yrs experience in accounting
-Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and organization and documentation skills needed
- -Solomon accounting software a plus
-Independent worker that operates with little supervision and is a team player
