Associate Actuary

Associate Actuary ~ Bilingual





Job Duties to include the following:

· Manage the transfer of information from the Latin American countries for the monthly financial close.

· Be the actuarial representative for any interactions with Latin America country regulators.

· Communicate to and manage relationships with local country managers and producers.

· Provide local country specific product and market competitive analysis.

· Communicate and manage the actuarial/local operations relationship

· Responsible for creation, review and filing of any Spanish policy form, actuarial memorandum, application, etc.



Requirements to include the following:

· A Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business, or Actuarial Science

· 8 to 12 years actuarial experience in the insurance industry to include financial reporting, valuation, modeling, statutory and GAAP reserves

· Proficiency in Excel and Access

· International experience is a plus
