Our client company has aggressive growth plans and are seeking only the most talented and driven accounting professional to join their team.
The CFO serves as a key advisor to the company on major strategic, operational and financial issues. Develops and executes strategies that enhance internal controls and strengthen cash flow, increase earnings and position the company for long-term growth and profitability.

At least 15+ years of experience in accounting and finance with at least 5-7 years as a CFO, CEO, etc.
Heavy experience in cash management, ideally in a start-up and/or retail environment
At least 4 years public accounting experience
Experience with multiple companies in financial and accounting positions with increasing responsibilities
Broad experience in raising capital from institutional investors and public offering experience would be a plus
Experience working in a medical (non-hospital) company. This would include experience managing the billing and collection of accounts receivable from commercial insurance and Medicare
Experience in working with different accounting systems and in a business environment which includes multiple operating units
Heavy experience in developing policies and procedures and in establishing and maintaining internal control systems
Experience in management of financial projects such as systems conversions
Experience in designing management reporting systems and communicating financial results to the board, shareholders, and the outside financial community
Demonstrated high verbal and written communication skills and confidence to discuss problems and mistakes wit management
Proficient with Microsoft applications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
MBA in Accounting or Finance
CPA required
