ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Day to day liaison (key point of contact) with outside Audit Firm
• Responsible for preparation of the corporation’s quarterly and annual tax provisions.
• On an annual basis, be responsible for the preparation and integrity of disclosures and footnotes for income taxes of the Company.
• Responsible for the maintenance and testing of the Company’s internal controls with respect to Sarbanes Oxley
• Review of FIN 48 – Ensuring that standards are met regarding analysis and disclosure of uncertain tax positions.
• Coordinate with the financial accounting department of the Company, interface for public financial reporting and disclosures of the Company for tax purposes.
• Be engaged in the tax planning process within the Company
o Planning transactions
o Cross border transactions
o Be prepared to make recommendations on reporting and documentation
• Record financial impact of Merger and Acquisition transactions
• Coordinate the reporting of income taxes of newly acquired entities including due diligence
• Train others with respect to reporting income taxes
• Manage relationships with regional tax departments across multiple international locations globally

Refined Products Marketing Representative

McIntyre Youngblood Recruiting, LLC is seeking an experienced Refined Products Marketing Representative for an exciting opportunity in the Galleria area.

This role will be responsible for setting daily prices, contact with terminals and coordinating invevntory at rack locations. In addition, the Marketing Representative will be responsible for identifying supply deals such as volume discounts and fixed price and will coordinate invoicing. The Marketing Representative reports pricing and demand trends and assists management with strategic recommendations on course of action to maximize asset value and sales margins. This role is also responsible for managing client and supplier relationships, identifying new customers and managing outstanding credit.

Qualified candidates will have the following:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Math or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in wholesale rack marketing
Minimum of 5 years experience in oil & gas, preferable in refined products or trading

Experience in wholesale pricing and replacement economics plus management of fixed forwards and volume discounts
Knowledge and understanding of negotiating exchange locations

Job Description
• The Sr. Market Risk Manager will focus on building credit exposure models for gas, power, fx, crude, LNG and carbon.
• Significant work experience in this area and be a hands-on modeler.
• Have both the conceptual understanding of potential future exposure modeling and able to implement these models into tools that will need to be integrated into existing credit reporting for other products.

• planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization by developing operating models;
• risk assessment which involves managing the process of analyzing upside and downside risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the quantitative and qualitative risks affecting the business;

Skills
• Advanced quantitative or business degree and/or FRM, PRM, CFA
• Minimum of 5 years in Interest Rate Derivatives as a Trader, Front Office Quant or Risk Manager
• Well versed in risk management metrics and their implementation: credit exposure modeling, Market Reporting, option sensitivities, VaR, stress testing
• Experience with a rage of Front/Mid/Back Office and Risk Management vendor systems
• Ability to deliver quality results under time pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The candidate will be an experienced professional who will be able to assume immediately the responsibilities identified in the job description.

The candidate will be expected to rely heavily on experience gained in previous positions, knowledge of the field and sound judgment to play a leading role in the modeling of credit exposures for derivative products.
