Job Duties:
Benefits Manager shall be responsible for the planning and administration of the benefit plan processes for the entire company.

* Plans and administers benefits programs for the entire company
*Reviews schedules for the 401K audit; prepares the 401K financial statements
* Assists with the preparation of the company's proxy statement, 10-Q and 10-K disclosures for executive compenstation and FAS123 compliance
*Develops and conducts training presentations for company's employees on their benefits and compensation
*Supervises the Benefits Analyst

Minimum Qualifications:
*Bachelors degree in Accounting, Human Resources or other business related field
*Minimum 5 years experience in a business enviroment with increasing responsibility
