Job Description:

Summary:
This position requires a candidate who has earned the designation of CPA. Financial Reporting will be primarily responsibility for quarterly and annual statements in addition to financial analysis.

Job Responsibilities to include the following:
. Producing consolidated GAAP financial statements for the parent company and its affiliates on a quarterly basis
. Analyzing Profit and Loss statements by line of business for management
. Providing additional GAAP Disclosures compliant with SEC standards
. Investigating SEC, FASB and IFRS requirements to ensure company's compliance, including Sarbanes-Oxley
. Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements to include the following:
. CPA certification
. 3-5 years financial reporting experience
. Bachelor's degree in Accounting
. Excellent PC skills with MS Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, Access)
. Strong organizational and time management skills
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
