Responsibilities:

Portions of position equally utilized between Industrial Products/Petrochemicals and Crude / Feedstocks areas.

Industrial Products/Petrochemicals area as follows:
• Actualizing, pricing, sale invoicing, and purchase invoice verification for all contracts of:
-Sulfur, Butanes, Mixed Butane/Butylene
-Butanes
-Mixed Butane/Butylene
-Change out products with Analysts
• Inventory Reconciliation reports data accumulation/preparation


Crude/Feedstocks area as follows:
• Actualizing, pricing, sale invoicing, and purchase invoice verification for all contracts of:
-CSA crude
-Foreign/Domestic crude
-Gas Oil, Naphtha
• Earnings Analysis report preparation - Feedstocks
• MPA oil spill response annual qualified barrel report
• Monthly Charter Demurrage transfers

Assistance/projects for Manager Refining Accounting.
Daily Cash Forecast summary - All Refining Accounting
SAP Gain/Loss postings per monthly inventory reconciliation reports.
Departmental procedural documentation maintenance or verification for various departmental positions.

Qualifications:
• Accounting Degree Preferred
• Also accepted -Business, Finance, Economics degree with 12 hours of Accounting (including 6 hours of Intermediate Accounting)
