Our client company has aggressive growth plans and seeking only the most talented and driven accounting professional to join their team.
Responsibilities:
• Support Executive VP of Human Resources
• PRIOR HR experience; answering employee inquiries, new hire paperwork etc.
• Book domestic & international Travel/Meeting arrangements
• Administrative support
• Ad hoc reports
• Expense Reports
• Event/Meeting/Training Planning & Coordination
• Handle confidential information and files
• Travel expectations of 3-4 times a year
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources strongly preferred
• Project Management skills
• Highly organized
• Ability to perform well in fast paced growing environment
• SAP
• Strong Executive Assistant with HR background and knowledge
