Our client company is seeking only the most talented and driven administrative professional to join their team.

Description of Job Duties:
• Executive Assistant to support a Senior VP
• Prior work experience in a Bank/Brokerage/Investment firm REQUIRED
• Heavy client service and management skills
• Manage a busy work load of SVP’s company and personal business
• Process paperwork for deals, process paperwork for CPA
• Coordinate with attorneys
• Manage travel and calendar

Qualifications Required:
• College Degree (Bachelors Level) Finance, Economics strongly preferred
• Must demonstrate strong time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Should be self-motivated, be able to work within tight deadlines, and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

Software Knowledge:
• Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
