Description of Job Duties:
• Manage daily accounting functions for a large non-profit
• Prepare monthly financial reports (B/S, P/L) for the Board of Directors
• Financial Statement preparation
• Account Reconciliations
• Process payroll, select insurance plans
• Prepare and manage annual audit for outside CPA firm
• Cash management
• Handle accounting for multi-office organization
• Monthly reporting, heavy excel
• Heavy interaction with the Board of Directors and other non-profit agencies
Qualifications Required:
• 10+ years bookkeeping/accounting
• NON-PROFIT/fund accounting experience
• BS, BBA in accounting or finance strongly preferred
• Strong client interaction skills
• Fast paced environmnent
Software Knowledge:
• Quickbooks
• Excel
