Our client company has a long term growth plans for this international investment company and seeking only the most talented and driven professional to join their team.

This position requires a candidate who has earned the designation of CPA along with 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting. The incumbent will report directly to the Vice President – Financial Reporting and will be primarily responsible for quarterly and annual statements in addition to financial analysis.


Job Responsibilities to include the following:
• Producing consolidated GAAP financial statements for the parent company and its affiliates on a quarterly basis
• Analyzing Profit and Loss statements by line of business for management
• Providing additional GAAP Disclosures compliant with SEC standards
• Investigating SEC, FASB and IFRS requirements to ensure company's compliance, including Sarbanes-Oxley
• Assist with production of Statutory Reports
• Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements to include the following:
• CPA certification
• 3-5 years financial reporting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Experience in the Big 4 highly preferred
• Exposure to SEC a plus
• Excellent PC skills with MS Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, Access)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Insurance industry experience a plus
