Our client company is in expansion mode and seeking only the most talented and driven financial/analytical sales professional to join their team.
Responsibilities:

Company Overview:
1. Privately-held, client focused company.
2. $3-4 million annual sales achieved through continuous growth & long-term client partnerships.
3. Marketing & Sales decision support models currently deployed with Global 1,000 partners across North America.
4. Employs and develops proprietary products and services that leverage existing client data to identify bottlenecks to profitable sales and margin improvement via:

• Category management
• Customer segmentation
• Pricing
• ROI and response rate modeling
• Sales & marketing resource allocation
• Other customized models

Responsibilities:
1. Design, build & communicate fact-based models to client partners.
2. Transform data into actionable and insightful sales & marketing opportunities using a variety of innovative analytical tools.
3. Manage multiple deliverables, projects & associated client communication in a dynamic environment.
4. Potential for 20-25% client-related travel (approximately 1 week per month).

Qualifications:
1. Education: 4 year undergraduate degree required. 3.5 (out of 4.0) GPA preferred; FINACE, ECONOMICS, ACCOUNTING, BUSINESS
2. Related experience: 5-8+ years
• Roles: client services, account management, management consulting.
• Responsibilities: team/solution selling, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Industry-specific: manufacturer/distributor/wholesaler sales or marketing experience a plus.
• Analytical: Excel required (advanced level); SAS, SPSS, SQL Server or Access a plus.

4. Flexibility – be part of a small company. Support changing objectives, client needs and workload.

Compensation:
1. Base salary, depending on client management experience and qualifications.
2. Bonus % of base salary annually, depending on individual performance and company results.
