Learning Technology Specialist

www.myrecruiting.biz is actively recruiting for a Learning Technology Specialist on a contract basis

· Work with OD Program Managers / SMEs to apply instructional design and adult learning theory in the development of instructional activities, guides and workbooks, scripts, handouts, training documentation and visual, web-based, multi-media programs, materials or presentations
· Assist in the coordination of training activities, including seminars and training courses
· Keep up-to-date with learning technology solutions, including software, online learning courses, and emerging technologies pertinent to the OD / learning arena
· Share troubleshooting / online content testing responsibilities with Learning Technology team
· Deliver training presentations (individual or group) on request
· Maintain issues log and track resolution of issues
· Configure, maintain and ensure the integrity of LMS applications
· Assist with the LMS Marketing / Promotion
· Perform Basic Database Administration functions
· Perform other duties as needed
· Manage eLearning vendors / contracts

Requirements

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Project & Access
· Two to three years experience in Organizational Development / Training or related field
· Proven ability to synthesize and organize work LMS / eLearning experience
· Bachelors Degree
