Supervise and assist with the preparation and accumulation of workpapers relating to
SEC reporting including 10Q and 10K footnotes
FIN 48 listings
Income tax provisions
SOX compliance.
Management experience


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in accounting
Greater than 5 years corporate income tax experience
FAS 109 and FIN 48
Tax Stream or similar software preferred
