Controller

Position: Controller
Job Objective: Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records.
· Responsible for working with team members to ensure client billing is done timely and completely
· Responsible for billing and collections of receivables
· Maintain relationships with customers
· Ensure invoices are coded correctly and posted to the general ledger
· Reconcile bank statements for both companies
· Cash management
· Fixed Assets
· Accruals
· Adjustments
· Prepare and analyze financial statements
· Other duties as assigned
Education:
BS in Accounting required
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years work related experience required.
