Update documentation of Contract Administration process

- Review inconsistency report

- Review documented controls for potential improvements

• Generate monthly reports for:

- LIFO calculator

- Accounting Earnings Analysis

- Jet Term Sales analysis

- Term Contract movements to assess ratability

- Production Ratability

- Standard Deviation

- Monthly posted prices

- Refinery and Marketing Split analysis

- Provide Production and Planned/Unplanned Charts and Analysis for Senior Management

- Provide analysis and reporting for inventory operations performance (i.e., terminal inventories analysis)

• Check daily price upload in CSL

• Assist in documentation of key internal process controls within Contract Admin and the Product Supply operations

• Provide support in management reporting (i.e., MAM, business unit meetings, staff meetings, etc)

• Learn monthly driver report to be backup and eventually take over process

• Provide analysis and reporting of Audit Observations identified for Product Supply



Accounting degree preferred. Min. 3 years energy experience
