Responsibilities



Guide and assist the business to meet tax requirements and improve efficiency
Manage customer tax exemptions, state mapping and counter party tax setups in trading systems
Lead systems initiatives to comply with new tax requirements and improve tax and business processes
Add value by generating and implementing new ideas consistent with company’s risk management framework
Expert experience with State, Local, Income and Franchise tax


Requirements



Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years experience in sales, use, property and energy taxes
CPA is a plus
Solid analytical ability and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to timely research, read, and apply tax rules in response to business needs
