Our client company has aggressive growth plans and are seeking only the most talented and driven accounting professional to join their team.

Responsibilities:
• Primary responsibility for daily and monthly billing transactions for multiple
natural gas and electricity utilities (rate ready, bill ready, marketer consolidated)
• Interface with key functions including Customer Care, Collections, Compliance,
Fulfillment, and IT to ensure customer bills are processed timely and accurately
• Resolve customer specific needs related to escalated billing concerns
• Track and report department key performance indicators related to billing
performance and error resolution
• Work within cross-functional teams to resolve billing errors and implement
billing process improvements
• Analyze errors and trace them back to their root cause using the raw data in the
database to implement systemic systems fixes rather than repetitive data fixes
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
• As this is a fast- paced environment with changing requirements, job flexibility is
a necessity

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years billing (or financial transactions) experience preferably in the Retail
Energy market
• CRM/Billing application experience (i.e. Siebel, SAP, Lodestar, ISTA, etc.)
• Residential mass market or Commercial/Industrial customer portfolios
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• MS Access, Excel, and EDI skills
