Description of Duties:
Daily/Weekly tasks:
Run daily the CSL/SAP Inconsistency and Volume Inconsistency Reports and clear any inconsistencies
Monitor trade/contract admin/back-office activities as related to data integrity between CSL and SAP
Review contract administration inputs into SAP (i.e., pricing, reason codes, volumes, plant/region locations, etc.)
Assist MO Product Supply analysts with daily transaction review and support; research variances indentified
Review Mid-Office CT&RC email inbox for trade confirmations/issues
Identify and monitor key controls related to data integrity as identified through process reviews, MO Analysis, etc.
Weekly rolling Trade and Volume Inconsistency Reports; activities change after trade entry, need to monitor and
review changes
- Create monthly reports for:
Trade Activity Scorecard - summarize trade entry activity and errors/variances caused by inputs from trader, contract
admin, back-office, etc.
30-day rolling Trade and Volume Inconsistency Reports; activities change after trade entry, need to monitor and
review changes
Assist MO Product Supply analysts with explanations to variances identified in the monthly earnings analysis
reports, trader performance reports and any additional ad-hoc requests
Review documentation of processes and update as needed
Audit various trades to documentation checklist to proactively find potential process issues

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Required - Finance/Accounting/Business preferred
1 - 3 years experience working with Purchase Orders and Sales Orders in SAP and general contract administration functions; such as verifying prices, volumes, etc. with counterparties through confirmation processes (for both buys and sells). Ability to communicate well with traders, schedulers, accounting and other staff. Any experience with trade capture systems such as Solarc Right Angle, Triplepoint CSL, Sungard Zainet, etc would be a plus. Have analysis skills to identify issues with trade data and ability to resolve.
Software Knowledge:
SAP, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
Contract Opportunity:
6 month duration
