Job Summary:
Directly and indirectly responsible for the approval and administration of credit to a group of assigned accounts. Commits the company to provide unsecured or secured lines of credit up to $25MM. Exercises continuous control of customer account balances within established terms and limits. Manages portfolio up to $500MM. Develops internal and external relationships with Sales team and Marketing representatives through strategic planning and problem solving. Partners with Manager of Credit to develop and implement procedures and standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
College Degree (Bachelors Level)
Requires highest level of financial skills to perform risk/reward &trend analysis; highest level of knowledge of corporate credit management policies; extensive skills to investigate, analyze & evaluate credit, ability to advise others of existing & potential counterparties where growth /restrictions are warranted; strong communication & interpersonal skills to protect company interests; competent to work on most complex projects & recommend changes where needed. Minimal supervision. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Basic understanding of UCC and business law.
The minimum number of years of job related experience required by this job is 8 years.

Position Summary: Meet with clients to gather contract information, interview clients, and works with Director, Supplier Auditing to determine when and what audit approach is necessary to effectively validate the contract of the clients’ suppliers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain various databases and schedules to support the supplier auditing group.
· Ensure contract information is complete (all amendments received, signed copies received, etc.)
· Reviews supplier contracts and contractual intent to help prepare the auditor book.
· Send out various correspondences to clients and suppliers, such as buyer questionnaires, data requisitions, surveys, etc.
· Interviews (along with Director, Supplier Auditing) key stakeholders to determine contract understanding and intent.
· Identifies and documents potential areas of risk exposure from the client interview and contracts to prepare the auditors for the upcoming contract compliance review.
· Coordinate sending of the opening letter and data request letter via the client’s letterhead.
· Works with IT to obtain a database or sample of invoices from a population from the supplier
· Prepares reports for internal management and clients concerning the schedule of audits, potential audit candidates, and post potential/actual audit recovery amounts.
· Maintains the positive client and supplier relationships.
Qualifications:

Traveling Demands:
Required to spend 5% of time traveling to client facilities to conduct duties of position.
Arranges for and facilitates provision of accommodations and services such as airfare, baggage handling, dining and lodging facilities, local travel (taxi’s) for self while traveling to customer and supplier locations.

• Lead small teams on multiple projects
• Work closely with project managers and testing teams to provide testing timelines
