We are currently searching for a high caliber professional for an exceptional opportunity in Southeast Louisiana!! Our client is a well respected community bank and they are in search of an experienced commercial lender who possesses strong management skills and who is looking for a position with growth opportunity. The incumbent will have a minimum of 5+ years experience as a lender with proven business development and credit skills. The candidate will have the ability to command and manage a portfolio (originate, analyze, (underwrite a + but not req.)).
Your ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents, and respond to common inquiries will be key as you provide a full range of banking services to commercial customers. Drawing on your superior communication and interpersonal talents, you will handle complex relationships as you call on prospective and existing clients to generate loans, deposits, fees and electronic banking services. You will be called upon to determine credit eligibility, prepare loan narratives, ensure loans meet appropriate criteria, and effectively cross-sell products. Your 5+ years of commercial lending experience are backed by a bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field. You must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions, deal with abstract data, and present information to top management, public groups and boards of directors.
� Call on prospective and existing clients to generate loans, deposits, fees and electronic banking services
� Analyze financial statements and business conditions to deduce a credit decision
� Generate and service a portfolio of greater than $20 million in loan outstanding
� Participate in a variety of community-oriented and professional organizations
� Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field

Summary:
This position is instrumental in ensuring the accuracy of the company’s core energy trading systems and is the key interface between the Traders, Finance and Legal departments; and, external parties such as brokers, exchanges and counterparties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Validations
• Reconciliation of OTC trade blotters to the trading system daily
• Reconciliation of OTC trades in the trading system to broker statements received daily
• Reconciliation of IPE Futures trades to ICE on line and the trading system daily
• Reconciliation of Exchange confirmations to the trading system daily
• Raising queries with Front Office, Brokers and Exchanges to resolve queries
• Obtaining Front Office agreement to any required changes to trade details
• Validating all OTC, Futures and Exchange trades in the trading system
• Produce a daily trade summary for distribution and approval
• Generate exception reports to review non-validated trades, amended and deleted trades daily
• Investigate and resolve non-validated, amended and deleted trades to ensure that all live trades are validated in the trading system within one day of the trade date
Confirmations
• Generate, track and execute trade confirmations for various types of physical and financial (derivatives) energy commodity trades including but not limited to: natural gas, crude oil, foreign exchange, power, emissions, etc
• Review confirmations received and reconcile to trading system trade details
• Obtain authorized signatories to confirmations generated
• Obtain authorized signatories to confirmations received once reconciled to the trading system
• Ensure that all trades have an agreed confirmations template attached in the trading system
• Set up and amend confirmation templates in the trading system, as appropriate
• Scan and log received confirmations
• Send confirmations to counterparties
• Maintain correct confirmation status within the trading system
• Generate exception reports to review incomplete confirmed trades
• Investigate and take action to ensure all trades are completed and confirmed within 48 hours of the trade date
• On-going development and maintenance of relationships with Front Office and Middle Office as well as other departments within Operations
Candidate Specification:
Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree with preferred major in Accounting, Business or Marketing.
• 3-5 years of experience in commodity and/or derivatives trade capture and documentation flows, preferably, in the US gas and/or power industries
Skills:
• Familiar with confirmations processes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of working with trading counterparties would be an advantage
• Support internal/external audits
• Excellent Technology skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Access
• System Knowledge: DMS, ICE/eConfirm, ConfirmHub etc.
• Knowledge of OpenLink systems preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Exposure to new systems implementation would be an advantage

• Review confirmations received and reconcile to trading system trade details
• Obtain authorized signatories to confirmations generated
• Obtain authorized signatories to confirmations received once reconciled to the trading system
• Ensure that all trades have an agreed confirmations template attached in the trading system
• Set up and amend confirmation templates in the trading system, as appropriate
• Scan and log received confirmations
• Send confirmations to counterparties
• Maintain correct confirmation status within the trading system
• Generate exception reports to review incomplete confirmed trades
• Investigate and take action to ensure all trades are completed and confirmed within 48 hours of the trade date
• On-going development and maintenance of relationships with Front Office and Middle Office as well as other departments within Operations
Candidate Specification:
Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree with preferred major in Accounting, Business or Marketing.
• 3-5 years of experience in commodity and/or derivatives trade capture and documentation flows, preferably, in the US gas and/or power industries
Skills:
• Familiar with confirmations processes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of working with trading counterparties would be an advantage
• Support internal/external audits
• Excellent Technology skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Access
• System Knowledge: DMS, ICE/eConfirm, ConfirmHub etc.

• Revenue comparison files are completed to compare the current month actual and estimate detail, the current quarter actual and estimate detail, and a YTD comparison.
• MS - A project breakdown of Revenue, costs and Margin that includes actual and estimated values. SB - A monthly breakdown segregated into backlog and new bookings of New and Aftermarket revenue and cost.

Job Description:
As a part of the Retention Group the Retention Rep will be responsible for fielding
incoming calls from customers inquiring about cancelling their service as well
as placing outbound calls attempting to win-back a customer who has previously
scheduled to switch to another service provider. Being the last line of defense this
representative must not be intimidated by difficult situations and/ or customers.
Qualifications:
Must be Bilingual English/Spanish
• Must have inside sales or retention experience
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must poses excellent leadership and professional skills
• Must be self motivated and goal orientated
• Must have the ability to multi-task, including taking on assignments outside of
your daily routine
Specific tasks include; contacting and renewing current customer’s contract terms, receiving inbound cancellation requests from current customers, keeping the customer active and contacting customers who have recently switched to another service provider in order to attempt a winback, re-enrolling the customer .
Furthermore, this representative will be responsible for; meeting monthly goals, providing feedback to management on a weekly basis, completing customer needs analysis upon customer’s request and the ability to research and identify issues via researching system so that a customer’s concern is addressed and corrected if necessary.

Description of Duties:
Daily/Weekly tasks:
Run daily the CSL/SAP Inconsistency and Volume Inconsistency Reports and clear any inconsistencies
Monitor trade/contract admin/back-office activities as related to data integrity between CSL and SAP
Review contract administration inputs into SAP (i.e., pricing, reason codes, volumes, plant/region locations, etc.)
Assist MO Product Supply analysts with daily transaction review and support; research variances indentified
Review Mid-Office CT&RC email inbox for trade confirmations/issues
Identify and monitor key controls related to data integrity as identified through process reviews, MO Analysis, etc.
Weekly rolling Trade and Volume Inconsistency Reports; activities change after trade entry, need to monitor and
review changes
- Create monthly reports for:
Trade Activity Scorecard - summarize trade entry activity and errors/variances caused by inputs from trader, contract
admin, back-office, etc.
30-day rolling Trade and Volume Inconsistency Reports; activities change after trade entry, need to monitor and
review changes
Assist MO Product Supply analysts with explanations to variances identified in the monthly earnings analysis
reports, trader performance reports and any additional ad-hoc requests
Review documentation of processes and update as needed
Audit various trades to documentation checklist to proactively find potential process issues
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Required - Finance/Accounting/Business preferred
1 - 3 years experience working with Purchase Orders and Sales Orders in SAP and general contract administration functions; such as verifying prices, volumes, etc. with counterparties through confirmation processes (for both buys and sells). Ability to communicate well with traders, schedulers, accounting and other staff. Any experience with trade capture systems such as Solarc Right Angle, Triplepoint CSL, Sungard Zainet, etc would be a plus. Have analysis skills to identify issues with trade data and ability to resolve.
Software Knowledge:
SAP, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
Contract Opportunity:
6 month duration
