• Yield SAP price discrepancy report and submittal
• Daily Industrial Products/Petrochemical cash forecast
• Month end Refinery production reconciliation with required SAP system adjustments posting.
• Intercompany clearing entries.
• Billing metrics Daily monitoring
• Actualizing, pricing, sale invoicing, and purchase invoice verification for all contracts of products for:
-All pertinent Refinery transactions and other Refinery transactions as designated.
- Petroleum Coke
• Refinery Industrial Products Earnings Analysis.
• Reconciliation of SAP to physical for all assigned refined products inventories (RP4) at the physical plant, SAP in transit plants, or offsite storage locations.
• Monthly closing reports for Coke LIFO inventory accounting with supporting schedules
- Transactions reclass per SAP plants
- SAP to physical Inventory Reconciliation
- LIFO inventory accounting
- TCP collar
• SAP Refined Production/Consumption (R3) reports for refinery production.
• Procedural documentation support and maintenance.
• Absence backup/ closing support for 1 Analyst in IPPchem.
• Absence backup for Daily SAP upload monitoring.

Other assistance or projects for Supervisor Industrial Products/Petrochemicals
Qualifications:
• Accounting Degree Preferred
• Also accepted -Business, Finance, Economics degree with 12 hours of Accounting (including 6 hours of Intermediate Accounting.

Information Technology Professional to fill the position of SharePoint Developer in either the New Orleans or Baton Rouge office locations. A member of the Information Technology Department and Development team, the primary role of the SharePoint Developer is to design, develop, deploy and maintain efficient business solutions in SharePoint in support of core organizational functions and business line processes.

Responsibilities
Code, test, and implement high quality, scalable and extendable SharePoint solutions. Design and implement development workflow. Respond to application questions, bugs, and other problems requiring issue resolution. Provide typical SharePoint Administration roles such as provisioning sites for end users, and assigning security permissions to users and groups. Enforce site standards (layouts, security processes, etc.).
Analyze technologies, technical processes and/or functions, document findings, identify areas for improvement and create specifications and implement. Manage routine maintenance tasks such as nightly backups, usage monitoring and analysis, scheduled task validation, keeping the system current with security releases and system upgrades. Take directions from management in implementing solutions.

Requirements
The SharePoint Developer works with all departments including practice, administration and clients, to meet custom software and data retrieval needs accurately and efficiently. The SharePoint Developer designs, develops, tests and deploys customized sites that meet the needs of internal as well as external clients. Manages patching, backups, monitoring and performance tuning of the SharePoint server farm along with continuity planning and testing. Ideal Candidate will possess four year degree from accredited university in Information Systems, Management, or related field and experience working in a development environment.
Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. At least 2+ years of technical experience as a SharePoint developer/programmer in either SharePoint 2007 or 2010 environment. Knowledge of SQL 2005/2008. Good problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems. Possesses an excellent understanding of business requirements and IT strategies. Possesses strong MS platform knowledge and skills (including IIS 7 and Forefront). Possess knowledge and experience in developing, customizing and implementing software solutions. Strong customer service skills and demonstrated ability to build professional relationships. Good communication skills with the ability to communicate (verbally and written) to all levels of the business including non-technical customers. Strong organization skills. Awareness of migration and implementation plans that address both tactical and strategic needs. Present professional appearance; maintain organized personal work space, excellent work ethic and attitude. Ability to lead by example, work individually and within a team environment. Participate in various projects as assigned. Other tasks and duties as assigned

JOB DESCRIPTION: Employee Benefits Coordinator
Human Resources Dept.

PURPOSE: Assist employees with benefits, maintain employee data base, supplement payroll, manage all insurance billings and maintain employee files.

RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to Human Resources Manager. Works closely with all employees

DUTIES :
 Administers various employee benefit programs, such as group insurance, life, medical and dental, accident and disability, insurance, pensions, investments, and savings; and health maintenance organizations.
 Coordinates human resources procedures to initiate benefits such as profit sharing, disability insurance, medical and life insurance.
 Provide benefit orientations, enrollments, claims processing and self-billings of insurance. Process and maintain all status reports and pay changes, both on computer and paper system. Done timely and accurately including the COBRA program.
 Prepare and maintain employee files, assuring accuracy, compliance and confidentially. i.e : unemployment claims, verifications, I9 status and State regulations.
 Update and maintain employee files regarding the tracking of raises and assist Payroll Coordinator with benefit deductions or additions in company payroll system.
 Handle and coordinate all employee incentive programs.
 Assist Payroll Coordinator in the preparation of payroll, entering hours, deductions, rate changes, transfers etc.
 Prepare and maintain bi-weekly employee listings, new hire, and absentee reports. Maintain and update company organizational charts, phone directory and other requested reports as needed.
 Assist employees in filing health, dental, life, and all other related and deferred benefit claims.
 Implement new benefit programs; arranges and conducts employee information presentations and enrollments.
 Verify the calculation of the monthly premium statements for all group insurance policies and maintains statistical data relative to premiums, claims, and costs. Resolve administrative problems with the carrier representatives.
 Maintains files of profit sharing plan history, profit sharing data, correspondence, reports, and forms.
 Assist Human Resources Manager in obtaining statistics and information in renewal process of any Health, Life and Retirement plans that benefit the company.
 Prepare and setup meetings designed to help employees obtain information and understand company benefits and other related incentive programs.
 Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
 Two (2) to four(4) years in benefits or related benefits administration
 Effective communication skills, oral & written.
 Experience in Word,Excel, ADP Payroll and other applicable database programs helpful.
 Knowledge of Company policies/procedures & benefit package or the ability & willingness to learn.
 Strong organizational skills.
 Ability to speak Spanish helpful, but not necessary.
 Effectively communicate with people in potentially stressful situations.
 Ability to consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.

- Online ombudsman activities (identify top 25 forums, post questions and responses, monitor for viral marketing)

- Help write press releases and follow-up with the press and analyst

- Create website content

- Submit website to online resources such as software directories (assist with SEO efforts)

- Competitive analysis

- Collect customer testimonials

- Internet research

- Collect and input data into proprietary database

Reports to

Houston Managers for all company related items – time worked, orientation, resources, direction, mentoring, follow-up). Work closely with New Orleans Manager to help build the database, marketing plans and internet outreach.

Pay

- This is an internship-unpaid position. College credit may be available depending on the requirements of your college or university.

• 3 years experience ADP Payforce
• Enter payroll information timely and accurately
• Analyze spreadsheets
• Run payroll for 30 professionals
• Track PTO
• Administer all employee life cycle actions (new hire, terms, etc)
• Ad hoc Reporting
• Strong Customer Service and Problem solving skills/abilities

Qualifications Required:
• 3 years + of HR payroll and ADP
• Strong attention to detail
• Enter payroll information (bi-weekly)
• Data Entry
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources)
• HRIS Data Entry prior experience.

Software Knowledge:
• SAP - REQUIRED
• ADP-Payforce
• MSOffice Suite
• Proficient in Excel (V Look-ups, create formulas)
• Reporting – ADP & Business Objects
• Proficient with Access
