• Prepare Detailed Derivatives Tracking Spreadsheet
• Tag each trade to appropriate hedging strategy
• Prepare FAS 133 Hedge Documentation
• Prepare monthly Account reconciliations for all derivative related accounts
• Research new strategies for hedge accounting treatment and document company position
• Prepare Hedge ineffectiveness
• Prepare Hedge regression and correlation (effectiveness trading)
• Extensive communication with the Trade Floor
• Working knowledge of operations
• Prepare monthly fluctuation Analysis for Income Statements and Balance Sheets
• Assist in the preparation of the annual audit
• Assist in the monthly financial reporting for bank compliance
• Work with Internal audit to create a control structure for hedge accounting
• Implement the new Hedge Accounting System

3 to 5 years accounting experience, minimum 2 years derivative accounting experience
Accounting degree preferred
CPA or CPA eligible
Audit Experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to communicate with all levels and ability to take action with minimal supervision
