www.myrecruiting.biz is recruiting for a Treasury Analyst to work at the in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have extensive Excel spreadsheet knowledge including PivotTables and macros, a quantitative and analytical mindset, and have demonstrated skills with cash forecasting and cash management.
This person must be detail-oriented, with strong problem solving abilities, analytical skills, accurate output, good time management skills, able to meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
Central to this position is a Cash Management and Cash Forecasting spreadsheet. Technical abilities will include Expert level skills in Excel and Microsoft Office, 10-Key, PivotTables, and programming of Macros and VBA Scripting.
Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Reporting of Global Cash Positions
• Calculate/ Analyzing daily cash position for accuracy and timely posting of all cash transactions
• Responsible for monitoring cash management and forecasting yearly cash flows
• Perform daily Reconciliations of Bank accounts
• Initiate International Wires
• Review daily bank reports
• Monitor company’s cash position on a daily basis
• Manage loans between entities
Requirements
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION PREFERRED
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
• Three or more years experience in finance or accounting
• Experience with cash management and cash forecasting
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and macros
• First-hand experience in the creation of Excel charts, graphs and reports
• Foreign Currency Experience a must
• Quick and accurate 10-key abilities
• RDBMS Knowledge
• VBA scripting
• Strong attention to detail
• Promote quality, integrity, reliability and teamwork
• Spanish a plus
