McIntyre Youngblood Recruiting, www.myrecruiting.biz, is currently looking for an experienced Paralegal for a client located in The Woodlands, TX.



This position will be responsible for supporting multiple attorneys in the corporate and compliance legal group of a Fortune 500 organization. Responsibilities include transactional legal assistance and governance support for several international subsidiary companies and joint ventures. The position will require the ability to work autonomously on complex governance issues, due diligence and preparation of commercial agreement drafts. In addition, the Paralegal will be responsible for taking minutes at meetings and filing of governance records.



Qualifications for the position:



Bachelors Degree or Paralegal Certification
7+ years of experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant on corporate transactional law
Knowledge of Access and SAP is a huge plus
