Oversee U.S. international tax compliance (Forms 5471, 5472, 1118, etc.) and related issues

Review quarterly and annual international tax packages prepared for financial statement and SEC reporting purposes related to FAS 109 and FIN 48

Responsible for preparation of APB 23 analysis and related disclosures for financial
statement reporting

Responsible for tax planning as it relates to U.S. taxation of non-U.S. operations

Assist in the preparation of tax planning advice related to contract reviews for international operations as well as other local tax planning projects to ensure tax efficiency and compliance with local tax rules and regulations. Liaise with foreign tax advisors, as necessary.

Assist in diligences reviews and tax planning associated with international merger & acquisition activity

Responsible for maintaining contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation for both U.S. and certain non-U.S. jurisdictions and any associated tax planning related to transfer pricing




Requirements
4-6 years in corporate or public tax accounting, BS Accounting; advanced degree preferred (CPA, J.D., LLM)
