www.myrecruiting.biz is actively recruiting for a Tax Partner. Our Client is seeking a Tax Partner Candidate to join their well-established and respected firm. This position will be hired with a fast-track approach to advance to Partner within 1-3 years. This position will ultimately replace an existing retiring Partner in a scheduled timeframe. The goal of the firm is to bring on additional partners and ultimately transition the firm to other partners within the firm.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with entrepreneurial desires and 10 plus years of tax experience working with small to medium sized clients (under $20M). The successful candidate will have access to mentoring and training to become a full equity Partner of the firm, with a chance to manage and grow an already successful firm to the next level.

Minimum Qualifications
• 4 year degree, CPA certified (required).
• 10 years experience with taxation services in public accounting.
• 10 years tax preparation and review of corporate, partnership, individual, not for profit, estate and trust a plus but not required.
• 5 – 10 years direct employee/staff management experience. The Tax Partner Candidate will be responsible for staff administration – internal scheduling and coordination and overseeing the operations of the office. There are currently 10 direct reports including: head administrator, 4 staff accountants and 5 tax managers.
• Software knowledge: QuickBooks, knowledge of CCH programs, particularly Profx Tax is a plus. Microsoft Office – PC Based, BNA Tax Projection, RIA Research.
• Client relationship management.
• Solid business acumen and good common sense skills in making day to day decisions.
• Experience with small to medium sized, private entrepreneurial clients.
• Experience in oil & gas, real estate, professional services (small to medium under $20M in revenues) a plus.
• Proven ability and desire to mentor others.
